Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Affiliated X Lifestyles, we do not offer refunds. Please review our exchange and store credit policy below before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

Exchanges (Wrong Size)

  • If you receive an item in the wrong size, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Once the item is returned and received by us, we will ship the correct size.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.

Store Credit

  • If an exchange is not possible, we may issue store credit instead.
  • Store credit can be used on future purchases and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
